FACES is a program developed in Venezuela. It is conceptualized as an accelerator of the technical capacities of CEFistas. In this program, facilitators not only reinforce their ability to use the Experiential Learning Cycle; but also, they learn other facilitation techniques such as psych-corporality, instructional Design Management, breathing techniques, among others.
CEFistas develop skills as Entrepreneurs in the world of Facilitation by presenting a project based on a CEFE product/concept by the team to a panel of investors. And they strengthen their level of practice in the methodology implementation, executing a group practice, an individual practice (executing the entire CAV by themselves), and creating new experiences that are not available in the manual.
FACES is a program that empowers CEFistas in terms of generating tangible progress in the growth ladder as a CEFE Facilitator, bringing them closer to immediately obtaining their license and motivating them to continue on the path to reach their highest level as a Master Trainer.
Currently, two cohorts were implemented in Venezuela. The first one was held in 2018-2019, with 18 advanced CEFistas, and the second one was held in 2022, with 11 participants.
