Project Description:
Project appraisal/Audit mission of the vocational training partnership between bfz GmbH and ERBIL for the “PROJECT”. An expert team of CI was contracted to evaluate project potentials for a TVET programme in the Kurdish region of Iraq. Visiting the three cities Erbil, Dohuk and Sulaymaniyah, the team was able to conceptualize a project supporting not only the local host communities, but also IDPs and refugees in a kind of multi-stakeholder approach.
Services provided:
Participation in a project appraisal and preparation of a project audit report for a project set-up of a vocational education partnership programme. This includes analysis of political and economic framework/ analysis of the projects environment/ inventory/ fundamental assessment/ recommendations for project design and organization/ moderation of a final workshop in the framework of the audit mission.
