Description:
CI got shortlisted for the project Organizational Development of Jordanian Employment Promotion Units (EPUs). We are therefore looking for
1 Expert and 1 Trainer. The trainer should have the following qualifications.
Task for the expert:
- – Support the expert in organizing, coordinating, implementing and revising
▪ the training of trainers
▪ the workshop
▪ the capacity building sessions
▪ the follow up sessions
▪ the exchange platform
– Support the expert in developing the deliverables for
▪ Awareness Raising & Inform
▪ Business Model & Action Plan Proposal
▪ Capacity Building
- – Support the expert in organizing, coordinating, implementing and revising
Qualifications of the expert:
- – Education/training: University qualification (German ‘Diplom’/Master) in Education, adult education
– Language: English C1
– General professional experience: 10 years in organizational development, moderation, training
– Specific professional experience: 5 years in management training
– Leadership/management experience: 2 years
– Regional experience: 2 years of experience in projects in the Near and Middle East, North Africa (region), of which 1 year in projects in Jordan (country)
– Development Cooperation (DC) experience: 2 years
– Other (2.3.8): Experience in moderation, facilitation, workshop implementation, design of learning material
- – Education/training: University qualification (German ‘Diplom’/Master) in Education, adult education
