The project aimed to increase the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in key sectors by promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. At the national, regional, and local levels, the program focused on enhancing the entrepreneurial skill set of SME owners seeking to expand their businesses and start-ups aiming to improve their competitiveness in both national and global markets.

Services Provided

  • Steering and supporting local experts.
  • Designing and developing the methodology for entrepreneurship trainings and overseeing their implementation.
  • Conducting Training of Trainers (ToTs) to enhance the capacity of local trainers.
  • Backstopping and supervising national coaches and trainers.
  • Drafting and editing a practical guide on entrepreneurship training.
  • Facilitating communication with key partners and ensuring adherence to the assignment's operating schedule.
  • Initiating and establishing a network of business coaches.
  • Promoting and executing a national business plan competition across Albania, involving 1,300 beneficiaries with a focus on empowering women and supporting innovative business ideas.
