The project aimed to enhance the delivery of Business Development Services (BDS) for ILA and EDF applicants by utilizing the CEFE methodology. To adapt to COVID-19 and improve accessibility, an online training platform was tested and implemented successfully. The CEFE Academy platform, developed by CEFE International and tested in Tunisia, provided interactive, high-quality online training aligned with experiential learning principles. IOM trainers piloted the platform with ILA beneficiaries, achieving positive outcomes.
Services Provided
- Delivered CEFE methodology-based training sessions for BDS both in physical and online formats.
- Developed and tested CEFE Academy's web-based platform, ensuring it supported experiential learning cycle training.
- Provided master trainers for developing and adapting the platform for flexible online delivery.
- Conducted online Training of Trainers (ToT) using the CEFE methodology, which was successfully developed but did not fully align with the original Terms of Reference (ToR). Only the online ToT component was completed.
