The project aimed to support MSMEs from agriculture, tourism, and other sectors in overcoming the challenges posed by the COVID-19 crisis. This was achieved by providing targeted coaching, advisory services, and financial support to help businesses adapt to new market demands, maintain their operations, and, where possible, increase employment levels. A particular focus was placed on fostering digital transformation and promoting sustainable, green business practices, with gender-sensitive approaches integrated throughout the project.
Services Provided
- Conceptualized and implemented coaching and advisory programs tailored to individual MSME needs, including drafting intervention plans, conducting agile workshops, and fostering awareness of green operations.
- Delivered specific advice on digital solutions, taught new digital technologies, conducted digital sprints, and facilitated the digital transformation of up to 100 MSMEs.
- Assisted MSMEs with financial model analysis, break-even calculations, and grant application processes; provided recommendations for financial support allocation.
- Raised awareness about the benefits of environmentally sustainable business practices and integrated gender-sensitive approaches to support women-led MSMEs.
