The project aimed to foster international partnerships and showcase Rwanda's investment potential in IT, business services, and climate cooperation between Rwanda and Germany. It involved organizing two major events to promote Rwanda as an investment destination, provide networking opportunities for businesses and political stakeholders, and enhance collaboration in climate science and policy.
Services Provided
- Managed logistics, invitations, catering, and on-site operations: Organized all event-related logistics, including sending invitations, coordinating catering services, and overseeing on-site personnel to ensure smooth execution.
- Provided consultation on event design and developed sustainable event plans: Advised on aligning the event structure with project objectives, creating plans that adhered to sustainability principles and EU standards.
- Ensured GDPR compliance, participant registration, and technical setups: Managed attendee registration processes, set up technical equipment for VR experiences, stage arrangements, and networking areas, while ensuring all data protection regulations were followed.
- Supported media engagement through press invitations and event documentation: Coordinated press invitations, managed event photography and graphic recording, and ensured comprehensive documentation to amplify media coverage and project visibility.
