Entrepreneurship makes economies more competitive and innovative as it is a powerful driver of economic growth, creates new companies and jobs, opens new market opportunities and nurtures new skills and capabilities.

In the European Framework, entrepreneurship is a key competence for lifelong learning that citizens require for their personal fulfilment, social inclusion, and employability in a knowledge-based society. Fostering an entrepreneurial mindset can enable people to generate ideas, recognize potential opportunities, and develop creative solutions and actions that significantly impact others.

CEFE International, in the framework of the project Building VET Trainers Entrepreneurial Competences (VetEntre), an initiative of Erasmus +, is organizing the event: Connecting the dots: Entrepreneurship promotion and international development cooperation. In this space, we want to discuss the trends, challenges and potential project cooperation for Start-up promotion. Furthermore, we will share VetEntre outcomes towards the empowerment of educators to develop their entrepreneurial mindset and to make VET education more attractive across Europe.
