CEFE Network and Project Manager

Hallo, I’m Lisa, and I joined CEFE International in 2021, initially as an intern and later taking on roles in facilitation, concept development, network coordination, and project management.

In my work, I’m passionate about creating learning experiences and participatory spaces that empower people to shape change. As a facilitator, mediator, and trainer, I design and guide processes that foster exchange, reflection, and transformation. In my roles as Concept Developer and Project Coordinator, I translate these experiences into innovative approaches and learning journeys that strengthen cooperation and create sustainable impact in development contexts.

My background in project engineering grounds this work in pragmatism, structure, and efficiency. Combined with extended stays abroad—especially in South America—these experiences have deepened my curiosity for transcultural dynamics and my commitment to strengthening communication and understanding across diverse contexts.

For me, working in the development cooperation sector means engaging in a continuous field of mutual learning and discovery, where perspectives meet and evolve. These encounters nurture my empathy, humility, and joy in connecting people and ideas.

Why am I at CEFE International?

At CEFE International, I witness how shared learning transforms individuals and communities—this keeps me inspired.

What am I doing when I am not at work?

I’m cooking and celebrating food whenever possible, exploring the world through hitchhiking, enjoying coffee or refreshing bath in cold water.

If I could, I would...

Stop wars.

The most fascinating country I have been to...

Brazil.
