Hello, Hola, Oi and Hallo,

I am Lisa, a life and people enthusiast and coordination expert. I started being part of the CEFE International team in 2021. After finishing my Bachelor’s Studies in Project Engineering in Southern Germany in 2020, I moved to Cologne and joined the CEFE International team as an intern. A few months later, I took over the network coordination assistance.

I see myself with a passion for bringing people together and creating constructive, lovely, and respectful environments that support good interactions. My friends sometimes name me “the glue.”

At CEFE International, I’m pleased to use this passion to design formats, workshops, and activities that lead to connection, strengthening, and giving bases for development and new things. Nowadays, I am doing my Master’s Degree in Gender and Queer Studies. I’m interested in Social Entrepreneurship, Coaching, Mediation, and feminist educational work.
