CI got shortlisted for the project Organizational Development of Jordanian Employment Promotion Units (EPUs). We are therefore looking for
1 Expert and 1 Trainer. The expert in employment promotion should have the following qualifications:

Task for the expert:

    • – Support the team leader in organization of kick-off meeting
      – Implement the gap analysis
      – Support the team leader in the organization of the milestone meetings
      – Organize, coordinate, implement, and revise
      ▪ the training of trainers
      ▪ the workshop
      ▪ the capacity building sessions
      ▪ the follow up sessions
      ▪ the exchange platform
      – Support the team leader in organizing the wrap up meeting
      – Develop and provide the deliverables for
      ▪ Gap Analysis
      ▪ Awareness Raising & Inform
      ▪ Business Model & Action Plan Proposal
      ▪ Capacity Building
      ▪ Setup of Networks

Qualifications of the expert:

    • – Education/training: University qualification (German ‘Diplom’/Master) in social sciences, economics, labour market management
      – Language: English C1
      – General professional experience:10 years in labour market politics, employment promotion
      – Specific professional experience: 5 years in employment promotion services, organizational development
      – Leadership/management experience: 4 years
      – Regional experience: 4 years of experience in projects in the Near and Middle East, North Africa (region), of which 1 year in projects in Jordan (country)
      – Development Cooperation (DC) experience: 4 years
      – Other: Experience in moderation and training, organizational development
