Description:

CEFE International is applying for a project funded by GIZ. Currently, we are looking for a Community Manager Expert for the project: ´´Support to the African Union in the areas of crisis prevention, conflict management and peace building within the framework of the African Peace and Security Architecture (APSA)´´

Task for the expert:

• Sourcing of short-term experts for the Mentor and Expert Network together with the team leader
• Onboarding of new members to the (online) community platform
• Moderation of discussions on the online platform
• Responding to requests coming from community members
• Organizing regular exchange formats for members of the community
• Monthly reporting to SAIS about the activity on the online platform

Qualifications of the expert:

Education/training: University degree (bachelor in marketing, communication, management, journalism, business administration, economics, political science or innovation managerment.

• Languages: Knowledge of English C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (5 /10 pints) and French C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (5 / 10 points)

• General professional experience: 5 years of professional experience in the startup sector Specific professional experience: 2 years of professional experience in Community Management

• Leadership/management experience: not applicable

• Regional experience (2.3.6): 2 years of work experience in Africa

• Other: 2 years of experience in hosting webinars or online gatherings
