Beginning of the Third module: “Programa de actualización digital para facilitadores CEFE”

On August 28^th , CEFE International started the first Programa de Actualización Digital Facilitador(a) CEFE in Latin America. The program aims to (i) endorse the competencies for the facilitation of participatory digital workshops based on experiential learning and (ii) ensure that facilitators obtain the ability to apply the criteria and instruments of CEFE Digital with various target groups in training programs of entrepreneurship promotion, business creation and business management.

Throughout the program, the facilitators, who previously have the conventional CEFE license, will develop their skills to facilitate participatory digital workshops based on the CEFE Digital methodology.

At the end of the program, the participants will be able to:

- - - • Understand the concept and foundation of CEFE Digital.
    - • Experience the management of the experiential learning cycle in digital environments.
    - • Experience CEFE digital exercises, dynamics and vitalizers.
    - • Improve the handling of digital learning tools.
    - • Develope their skills for the digital facilitation of participatory and experiential training processes.
    - • Apply these skills by designing and testing CEFE digital training sessions for their target groups.

To ensure these learning outcomes, the program was structured as follows:

Module 1:

Addressing CEFE in a digital environment.

Module 2:

Doing CEFE in a digital environment.

Module 3:

Applying CEFE with target group.

CEFE Digital Facilitator License.

It is important to highlight that during the development of each module, asynchronous and synchronous sessions are held, as well as theoretical and practical lessons. The objective is to reinforce CEFE’s methodological approach, the experiential learning cycle.

Third Module

Today, it is starting the third module ¨Applying CEFE with a target group¨ . In this module the participants will take on the challenge of conducting a digital facilitation applying all the concepts, criteria and digital tools learned.

The facilitators who are in charge of moderating this event are certified Cefistas with a recognized experience in the world of facilitation for strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem:

Economist. Facilitator and International Consultant. Economist specialized in Interactive Methodologies of Playful and Experiential Learning, with extensive experience in Latin America. Master Trainer, International Chief Adviser CEFE. Co-construction, implementation and evaluation of participatory and experiential methodologies aimed at developing capacities and competencies of social actors.
