Applying Efficiency at Home
After the envelope game, the CEFE trainer processed the exercise with some tips on how to increase efficiency in small manufacturing enterprises. Then he concluded the session with a word of caution. "You don't wanna try these tips at home."
"Why not?" asked one participant from the back.
"I watched my wife's routine at breakfast for years," the trainer explained. "She made lots of trips to the refrigerator, oven, table and kitchen cabinets, often carrying just a single item at a time. Then I suggested, Sweetheart “Why don't you try carrying several things at once?"
Then the participant from the back again asked, "Did it save time?"
The Trainer replied, "Actually, yes. It used to take her 20 minutes to get breakfast ready. Now I do it, in seven."

The CEFE Trainer and His Frog
A CEFE Trainer was crossing a road one day when a frog called out to him and said, "If you kiss me, I'll turn into a beautiful princess". He bent over, picked up the frog and put it in his pocket.
The frog spoke up again and said, "If you kiss me and turn me back into a beautiful princess, I will stay with you for one week." The CEFE trainer took the frog out of his pocket, smiled at it and returned it to the pocket. The frog then cried out, "If you kiss me and turn me back into a princess, I'll stay with you and do ANYTHING you want." Again the trainer took the frog out, smiled at it and put it back into his pocket.
Finally, the frog asked, "What is the matter? I've told you I'm a beautiful princess, that I'll stay with you for a week and do anything you want. Why won't you kiss me?"
The trainer said, "……………….
