Project/Proposal Summary:

In order to support the development of a threshold program for Tunisia, the MCC wishes to procure services for program design and analyses the results of which will assist in implementing policy changes in order to improve prospects for MCC Compact eligibility. The project will work closely with the MCC and Government of Tunisia during the process. This would be a one year contract.

We are looking for an independent expert with experience in the fields of strategic CSO development, developing and managing EU projects, fundraising and financial management of CSOs, and networking and partnership building, to work with the TACSO office in providing a series of training for young CSO leaders covering these topics.
