Within the TACSO2 phase Component 3: Capacity development and the Work plan of TACSO BiH for period 2011-2013, we find needed to organize educational cycle for less experienced and rural CSOs who applied without success to local/domestic sources of funding.

Scope of the assignment

Short Term Experts will provide assistance to the TACSO Bosnia and Herzegovina Office in the following:

The Horticulture and Livestock Project (HLP) started in 2006 and focuses on the two sub-sectors adopted as priorities in the Agriculture Master Plan. The Farmers’ Organizations Specialist will be responsible for planning and organizing farmers’ groups in the project area. This will involve community surveys, supervision of information and training in collaboration with the Horticulture Facilitating Partner.
Duration: two years - results based and renewable annually
